The Miami Gardens Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) will sign a three (3) year contract with the FIU Metropolitan Center on January 28, 2008 to launch and manage an Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) campaign for residents in Miami Gardens and nearby areas.

Florida International University's Metropolitan Center announced the findings of its new South Florida Workforce Housing Needs Assessment Report to regional business leaders and policy makers during the South Florida Regional Business Alliance's Forum: Setting Southeast Florida's Workforce Housing Agenda.
