As part of its
commitment to public outreach the Metropolitan
Center presents the quarterly "MetroForum".
The breakfast gathering at the prestigious
Miami City Club provides high neutral
ground for the discussion of public policy.
Free and open to the public, they are
designed to bring together academics,
elected officials, business and community
leaders around issues of critical concern
to South Florida.
Invited speakers represent
authorities in their fields. Topics have
included elections analysis, legislative
analysis, poverty, housing, urban redevelopment,
the funding of sports stadiums, public
health, and governmental reform. The Miami
City Club is located in Downtown Miami

On Wednesday March 12, the Metropolitan Center will host a breakfast inn collaboration with the FIU School of Architecture. The topic of the discussion will be: The Architecture and Design Office as a Learning Culture. The breakfast will begin promptly at 8:30am. The event is free of charge, but space is limited.
