This study is the result of a survey of 400
persons who qualify for the Earned Income Credit
on their Federal Income Tax in the City of
Miami. The telephone survey was conducted
November 11-14, 19-21, 2002. The purpose
of this study is to help designed strategies
to increase the use of the Earned Income Credit
among Miami taxpayer.
