Supervisory Training Cohort

Session 1-Leadership Foundations—Understand personal leadership styles and how to adapt to team needs by building awareness of leadership strengths and areas for growth. 
Session 2-Communication Essentials—Improve clarity, confidence, and empathy in communication by building habits that foster trust and collaboration. 
Session 3-Navigating Tough Conversations—Develop strategies for handing high-stakes conversations, including de-escalation and feedback techniques that preserve respect and outcomes. 
Session 4-Human Resources Practices—Based on Dasi’s policies and procedures, best practices in supervision will be discussed and role played by participants. Special emphasis will be in understanding the disciplinary process and apply consistent, compliant HR practices in real-world scenarios.
Session 5-Team Motivation & Accountability—Strengthen the ability to lead with purpose through motivational techniques and accountability systems that drive performance. 
Session 6-Team Building & Culture—Learn to create inclusive, high functioning teams by practicing strategies for building culture, alignment, and shared ownership.
