Dr. Edward "Ned" Murray and Dr. Maria Ilcheva presented the Affordable Housing and Economic Analysis to the Fort Lauderdale City Commissioners, last Tuesday, October 6th. The objective of the study is to assist the city with creating an affordable housing policy. The first phase of the study was focused on neighborhood associations in proximity to and including the Downtown, and the second one was concentrated analyzing the balance of the City’s neighborhood associations.
