Although there are many different approaches, strategic planning is—at its core—simply about assessing your organization’s current situation, determining where you want your organization to be, and planning a course of action to get there. This seminar will provide you with essential knowledge and simple-to-use tools to effectively plan for your non-profit organization’s future growth and sustainability.

Grants 102 builds upon the content of Grants 101 to focus exclusively on preparing a successful grant proposal. This 2-day seminar is designed for those who have little or no grant writing experience. Through a series of mini-lectures and in-class writing activities, participants will each prepare an outline of a grant proposal for a project of their choice. During the 2-day seminar, participants will receive individualized feedback on their grant outline.
