Angie Nga Le is a visiting postdoctoral associate in the Department of Public Policy and Administration, Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs, Florida International University (FIU). Le received her Ph.D. degree in Public Affairs from FIU and her master’s degree in Development Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management in South Korea. Le also obtained the Certificate in University Teaching and Learning from the Center for Advancement of Teaching at FIU. Le works on the Advanced Cyber Infrastructure Training in Policy Informatics (ACIT-PI) project. View her full bio here.

Lindamaria Ortega graduated in international business, marketing, nonprofit management, economic development, and public administration from different universities in Latin America, Europe, and the USA. Ricardo Harrilal-Parchment received his bachelor’s in electrical engineering at the University of Technology (UTECH) Jamaica. His dedication to security now fuels his research with the Advanced Wireless & Security (AdWise) lab at FIU, and he is currently pursuing his MS in Cybersecurity with FIU’s Knight Foundation School of Computing & Information Sciences (KFSCIS). FIU Jorge M. Perez Metropolitan Center (PMC): Howard Frank, Ph.D.

Dr. Howard Frank is the Director of the Jorge M. Perez Metropolitan Center and joined the FIU Public Policy and Administration Department in 1988. He has been Director of the Jorge M. Pérez Metropolitan Center since 2010 and Chair of the Public Policy and Administration Department from 2013 to 2021.

Professor Frank earned his Ph.D. from Florida State University and has lived in Florida since 1982.
